When Jeff Ocaya moved from Kitgum to Kampala, he started doing something simple. Every weekend he would follow a road until he found something extraordinary. Kabaka's Lake hiding inside the city. Buziga Hill where Kampala looks entirely different from above. A boat on Lake Victoria with a fisherman who knew things no guidebook ever would.
